Career counseling helps you to overcome work-related issues
A considerable amount of people report that they are not satisfied with their job due to factors such as abusive supervision, conflicts with their co-workers, a stressful work environment or a lack of social support. In a first step, our career counselors help you to understand the root cause of the work-related issue. In a second step, we will develop an action plan together with you to address the issue in an effective and efficient manner. However, having an action plan alone won't solve the issue. Consequently, success can be attained with as few as 4-5 sessions and can be modified to suit the client’s needs.
