At the beginning of the community team we'll have a kick-off conference that targets at answering the following questions:

1. Who are my team colleagues particiapting in the team?
   Every team member and the team moderator will be briefly introduced (30 min)
2. How does agile learning take place?
   We'll have a look at agile learning roles, meetings, tools and deliverables (30 min)
3. How can individual and organizational time management improve your private and business life?
   We'll have a look at the content and structure of the team (30 min)

The meeting will take place as an online video conference in our collaboration platform CQ Space. All team participants get access to the team collaboration space before the meeting starts.
