After an introduction into Evidence-based Management (EBM) and agile learning, you'll learn the key concepts and levers on how to successfully manage change in three learning sprints. Starting with person-focused change in sprint one, you'll learn evidence-based practices about change on an organizational level in sprint two. The third and final learning sprint addresses the role of language as powerful change catalyst. Following an agile and social learning approach, you'll meet other professionals and managers from various industries in your learning team.
