This is simply not enough to embrace challenges connected with change and successfully transform your organization. Drawing on recent research and theory, this short course provides insights into how you as a manager or professional can successfully mange change.
After an introduction into Evidence-based Management (EBM) and agile learning, you'll learn the key concepts and levers on how to successfully manage change in three learning modules. Starting with person-focused change in module one, you'll learn evidence-based practices about change on an organizational level in module two. The third and final module addresses the role of language as powerful change catalyst. Following an agile and social learning approach, you'll meet other professionals and managers from various industries in your learning team.
